At Ponds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ponds account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
